One of my favorite Christmas time memories growing up was when my twin sister and I would spend the day with my Grandma baking Christmas cookies. Her table would be full of trays of a variety of cookies, fudge, and candy to serve on Christmas Eve with homemade ice cream. I always admired my Grandma’s baking skills. She had many recipes memorized and could make some without even having to measure out the ingredients.
