Meet the Giese’s
Hi! We are the Giese’s! We live in rural Minnesota on the family farm.
Sheridan and I were married in 2010 and in 2011 we built a home right across the road from where Sheridan grew up. Sheridan wouldn’t have it any other way. As a little boy he dreamed of farming and spent hours playing with toy tractors. When he wasn’t playing with them he was riding in them with his dad. He loves farming and it truly is his passion. When he isn’t farming he also loves snowmobiling, hunting, and wood working. He spends more time outside than in. He is a family man and loves to spend time with us or have us tag along on the farm.
I am Jen. As a little girl I dreamed of life in the city being a business woman and dressing up daily, but then I met Sheridan and now here I am; forever a small town girl. I love weekends in the city to visit my sisters, but am always glad to return to the quiet, slow paced farm life. I love all things fashion and have always loved clothes and styling outfits. I am a stay at home mom, but now that our youngest is in preschool I am adjusting to this new stage of life. I also do freelance virtual assistant work where I help business owners with social media and blogging. I love playing outside with my kids. I love cooking and baking and am always looking for a new recipe to try. I am an introvert and love to use fashion and writing as a way to express myself.
Griffin is 8. He loves life on the farm. He is lucky to have his cousin live next door who is the same age as him. They are always on an adventure together; from playing in the sandbox to building forts in the trees. Griffin also loves sports and is a big Vikings fan. He loves tagging along with his dad and his dad loves it too. He is a true farm boy!
Olivia loves all things Barbie and Frozen. She can sing all the Frozen songs by heart. She loves to ride her rocking horse,Lacey, that she has outgrown but still rocks away. She has the silliest personality! When she is not playing Barbies or watching Frozen she is creating something! Her creations truly amaze me. I hope she never looses her creativity!
Everly is three. She LOVES babies and is almost always carrying a doll around. She has the most contagious smile that lights up the room. She is a social butterfly and is not afraid to talk to anyone. Opposite of her mama who is the definition of an introvert! She has the most kindhearted personality and is always giving compliments.
As a family we love to spend time outside whether that is playing in our backyard or going camping.
