Cheesecake Factory Copycat: Chipotle Chicken Pasta Recipe

When my husband and I were dating we went to the Cheesecake Factory because it was one of his favorite places in “the cities.” In case you’re not from Minnesota, “the cities” is Minneapolis- St. Paul area which is 3 hours away from our home. The Cheesecake Factory became one of our go-to spots when visiting the cities, and the spicy chicken chipotle pasta was my favorite dish to order! I love the ambiance of The Cheesecake Factory and their huge menu with so many delicious options! Notice I removed the spicy from the blog title because I prefer mild-medium spice level, but the recipe can be easily adapted to be more spicy.

This pasta recipe is filled with flavor and veggies. Any pasta dish with asparagus is a win in my opinion! The honey glazed chicken and the creamy sauce with a touch of spice are SO good! The crunch of the tortilla strips literally tops it off! Next time you are craving a restaurant quality pasta I highly recommend giving this pasta recipe a try!
