4 New Fall Styles I’m Adding To My Wardrobe

Fall fashion is hands down my favorite. The booties, cozy sweaters, the colors. I am here for all of it! My go to fall outfit will always be a cardigan, mom jeans, and booties, but this year there are some new styles I plan to add to my wardrobe!

  1. Puff Sleeves

Puff sleeves first made an appearance last spring and it seems they are here to stay through fall. I love a good puff sleeve! They are so feminine and add some interest to an otherwise basic top or dress. This one I am wearing in the photo above was an Amazon find last spring and I plan to wear it often this fall. I found a few other puff sleeve tops I am loving as well.

2. Joggers

I used to think of joggers as only lounge wear or workout wear, and while they are perfect for those things they can also be dressed up for casual or even work wear. I have being seeing them in a variety of styles and wore in so many ways. You can wear them instead of jeans and they are so comfortable! The pair I am wearing in the photo above are so affordable and can be easily dressed up or down. Here are some styles I am loving:

3. Sneakers

I used to only wear sneakers if I was going on a run. And as far as I was concerned, jeans with sneakers was an absolute no no. Sneakers have become much more fashionable in the last couple of years and this trend has really grown on me. Now, it is totally acceptable to wear them with jeans, and I love them paired with a dress or skirt. Find the pair I am wearing above here, and find a few more of my favorites below.

4. Printed Midi or Maxi Skirts

I have probably wore a skirt less than a handful of times in my entire adult life. Until now. I am loving the skirt trend, especially printed ones in anything from leopard to floral print! I love how casual you can make a skirt by styling it with sneakers and a graphic tee! I also love them styled with a sweater and booties. They really are so versatile! Here are some cute ones I found:

5. Blazers

Blazers are not just for work wear. When styling a blazer think of it as a more chic version of a cardigan or jean jacket. I love a blazer paired with a graphic tee and distressed jeans, or over a white tee with leather leggings. I ordered one last week that I am still waiting to receive. I think it will be a fun addition to my wardrobe! Here are a few more I found:

As the weather cools off I am always excited to transition to my fall wardrobe. I am sure we will still have some warm days ahead, but I am so ready for the crisp air and cozy pieces. Follow me on Instagram to see how I style these four throughout the season.
